It is not just another blue dress, it is my "October Dress Project" dress. Sunday mornings, I got up to late so my hair got put up in a bun, I put my black leggings with my dress {again}, my sister gave me a black belt {one she did not want} and my gray sweater vest. I really loved this look today.
